Obituary of Karen Victoria Kaiser

Karen Victoria "Vickie" Kaiser, 69, of East Peoria, passed away on February 19, 2025, at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria. She was born on January 12, 1956, to Charles F. and Helen (Hall) Kaiser, the youngest of three children. Karen is survived by her sons, Eddie Tharp of Mattoon, Michael Tharp of Delavan, and Robert Overturf of East Peoria; her daughters, Kacie Overturf of East Peoria and Katie Heubi of Creve Coeur; her brother, Ted Kaiser; grandsons, Dylan Tharp, Drake Tharp, Eric Tharp, and Lyric Selburg; granddaughters, Cheyenne Tharp and Jazmyn Forkell; and great-grandsons, Hudson, Sawyer, and Lennox Tharp. Her interests included music, concerts, cars, motorcycles, plants, and birds. Karen “Vickie” Kaiser will be remembered for her adventurous life, love of the road, green thumb, passionate personality, and being a caring mom to a large family. She will be missed.
