Obituary of William Leroy Bardwell

Bill Bardwell, 84, of Bartonville, Illinois, passed away on April 2, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Born on April 21, 1940, in Pekin, Bill loved hunting, fishing, woodworking, the St Louis Cardinals and Bradley basketball. He retired from Keystone after 42 loyal years.

Bill is survived by his wife, Judy of 52 years; three children, Jeff Bardwell, Scott (Sonya) Bardwell and Karen (Dan) Travis, as well as 6 grandkids. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Luella Bardwell; daughter, Sue Alexander; and sister, Janette Jones. 

Cremation rites have been accorded. Cremation Specialist of Illinois is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude. Online condolences may be left at www.CSofIL.com.
