Obituary of Janelle Brown

Janelle Brown, 73, of Peoria, formerly of Robbins, IL, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria. She was born on March 11, 1948 to Patrick and Edell (Henry) Harmon in Laurel, MS. She married Samuel Brown on June 24, 2000; he preceded her in death on May 3, 2019. She is survived by her son Miko (Yolanda) Armwood; her daughter Sarah (Carl) Armwood- Moses; 2 grandsons Adonis Isaiah Saverson and Jubreel-Lamarr Joshua Scott; and 1 granddaughter Briana Nicole Moses. Janelle devoted her life to caring for her family and to the ministry of Jehovah God. She will be dearly missed. Cremation rites have been accorded. Cremation Specialist is assisting the family. There will be a virtual memorial service on Zoom, June 26, 2021 at 12:30 PM with the service beginning at 1:30 PM.
